As a Hot Oil / Hair Growth Treatment; apply a small amount and massage evenly throughout hair. Wear a treatment cap and apply heat for 30 min. Rinse off after. Apply once weekly. For optimal hair growth, apply twice weekly (can also be warmed up before applying and wear a cap for 30 min). For Conditioning & Moisturizing / Color & Chemically Treated Hair / Braids & Locks; apply a small amount and massage onto hair. Be sure to deeply massage so that oil is fully absorbed. Leave in. Do not rinse.
