Returns Policy
We accept returns of product shipped within the United States only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
Most unused, unopened items purchased through OkayPureNaturals.com may be returned with return approval within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless if the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect or defective item. You should expect to receive your refund within one week of the receipt of the return. In some instances, OkayPureNaturals may choose to issue only a store credit.
Final sale merchandise, and select promotions that are considered final sale, cannot be returned.
Credit is given only for the returned merchandise less discounts.
No credit is given for the shipping cost. If the shipping was paid by us (free shipping to customer), it will be deducted from the invoice total.
To return an item, please contact us directly with all the details. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Most orders placed before 9:00 AM Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays, will be shipped on the same day depending on the availability of the ordered item(s)
FREE Shipping & Handling option can be selected for domestic orders over $35.00 after any discounts. Okay Pure Naturals will select the shipping method at their discretion. All International accounts will be charged for shipping. Local duties, taxes, customs charges etc. are customers' responsibility based on the country it is being shipped to and are not included in the shipping cost.
Orders can be shipped to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping cost and delivery dates will be estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note, there might be shipping method/ carrier restrictions based on the destination.
Issues arising from packages getting lost and/or damaged in transit must be addressed to the shipping companies directly.
Shipping rates for many items on our website are weight and your location based. The weight of the item can be found on its detail page. According to the policy of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
